We process the following personal data through the Contact Form: <\/p>\n<p>Your first name and last name and your email address.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal data that we process automatically<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as your IP address, the date and time you accessed our website, and information about your web browser. We also automatically process cookies. Cookies are small text files generated by a web server and stored on your computer via your browser.   <\/p>\n<p>We use your personal information solely to communicate with you and to process your reservations and requests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long do we process personal data? Disclosure of information to third parties. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We process the data you provide for the period necessary to fulfill your request or reservation. The retention period for personal data necessary to properly process your request or reservation is also governed by generally applicable laws, regardless of the consent you have provided, for the period specified by the relevant laws (e.g., for tax documents, this period is at least 10 years). <\/p>\n<p>We do not disclose your personal information to third parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>The right to access data<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data, and if we are processing your personal data, we will provide you with information about what data we process about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data has been disclosed, whether it has been transferred to a third country, and how long we will retain your personal data.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Right to Correction<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal data about you, you may exercise this right to request that we correct it. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised your right to erasure and that they should therefore delete all references to your personal data, if technically feasible, taking into account the available technology and the costs of implementing these measures. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Right to Restrict Processing<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You also have the right to ask us to temporarily restrict processing in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>if you believe that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, until the accuracy of such personal data is verified<\/li>\n<li>The processing of your personal data is unlawful, and you decide to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data instead of having it erased<\/li>\n<li>We no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for your own purposes of establishing, exercising, or defending your legal claims<\/li>\n<li>if you object to the processing of your personal data, until it has been determined whether the legitimate grounds for processing your personal data outweigh your legitimate interests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u>Right to Data Portability<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have the right to receive the personal data we process about you based on consent and\/or a contract, and which we process by automated means, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
